Locals outraged: Dog left outside stranded with note while owner goes for run

A dog has garnered the attention of locals on Sydney’s North Shore.
The medium-sized pooch has been spotted, tied up in a park with a note saying “I’m being collected around 9am”.
That’s even though leaving a pet unattended in public is illegal under the Public Spaces Act.
