An investigation by the ABC’s Four Corners has exposed thousands of standard breaches at childcare centres across the country, including allegations of sexual abuse.

In Sydney’s south-west, Affinity’s Kids Academy at Spring Farm recorded 41 breaches in 2024 alone.

Early Learning Minister Prue Car last month ordered a review of the state’s childcare quality ratings.
