Some Western Sydney motorists paying $10,000 a year on tolls

The Mayors of Blacktown and Penrith have told a parliamentary inquiry into road tolls that residents in Western Sydney are paying more to use the road, simply because they live where they do.
Blacktown Mayor Stephen Bali has called for a cap of $40 on weekly toll charges.
