Minister refuses to guarantee school cleaners’ jobs
NSW Services Minister Victor Dominello has refused to promise school cleaners will keep their jobs after making 7,000 of them reapply.
The government is forcing school cleaners to reapply for their own jobs as they put the contract out to tender.
Chris Smith spoke with Minister Dominello asking for a guarantee that all cleaners would keep their jobs once the new contract is negotiated.
He refused to make that promise.
