On Monday Ben Fordham will be strapping on the pads, but not for any old game of cricket.

It’s the annual grudge match between the press and the politicians.

Ben will be batting alongside 2GB host Ross Greenwood.

Channel 9 reporter Chris O’Keefe is captaining the media team, while NSW Minister for Better Regulation Matt Kean is leading the politicians.

He joins Ben Fordham in the studio to talk about the match and get the banter stareted.

“It’s often not without controversy.

“We’re hoping we can have a good game of cricket and raise some money for a really important charity, the Oasis Foundation.

“The money man himself is always the star of the show. He’s been best on the field for two years, so we’re looking forward to seeing Rossy out there.”
