Deputy Prime Minister Barnby Joyce and his new partner, former staffer Vikki Campion, are expecting a baby.

There has been speculation about their potential relationship but it wasn’t confirmed until images of a heavily pregnant Vikki hit the front page of News Limited papers this morning.

Mr Joyce’s ex-wife Natalie has spoken out saying she feels “deceived and hurt”.

Macquarie Radio’s political editor Michael Pachi joins Ben Fordham with the latest.

“Throughout the by-election last year, Ms Natalie Joyce and his daughters were not by his side at all.

“Clearly, this has had a devastating effect on his family.”
