Mark Levy hits out at Nationals MP George Christensen for an “offensive, stupid” post showing him pointing a gun.

The Facebook post, which shows Mr Christensen pointing a gun with the comment “do you feel lucky greenie punks” has been referred to police.

The outspoken Nationals MP has today refused to apologise, saying he won’t be “moralised at by the Greens” but has taken the post down.

“Where people are offended by your post is the timing,” Mark says.

“If you think just days after 17 people lost their lives that it is all well and good for you to post a picture holding a handgun, and you think people are going to laugh it off as a joke, you need your head read.

“That is ridiculous.”
