New Zealand has now legalised e-cigarettes, placing pressure on our health ministers to change laws.

The consequences of buying the liquid without a prescription can result in hefty fines and potential jail time.
Tobacco Treatment Specialist Colin Mendelsohn has praised New Zealand’s move, saying it’s time for Australia to do the same.
“They have trumped us once again. The rugby’s not enough apparently,” he tells Ben Fordham.
“In New Zealand, they’ve recognised that these products should be encouraged to help smokers quit. In Australia, we’re making it as hard as possible.
“For people who can’t quit, they’re a life-saver for many of them.”
