Celebrity chef Justin North joins Chris Smith in the studio to share all the tips and tricks to master share plates.

In his latest venture, Mister Percy Wine Bar, Justin takes on the popular Spanish street food, ‘pinchos’.

“Pinchos means to pierce,” he tells Chris.

A lot of the food is on skewers, making it easier to eat and the perfect side accompaniment to a glass of wine.

“Mister Percy takes his inspiration from that whole Mediterranean arch, the coast of Spain, southern France and that beautiful coastline if Italy as well.

“Which I think is perfect for the Australian environment.”
