The Swedes are well-known for their wacky designs, but IKEA is taking strange to a whole new level.

The furniture giant has delighted customers with their delicious Swedish meatballs for many years.

But now they’ve decided to give them an Aussie flavour, with kangaroo hopping onto the menu.

Limited edition Roo Balls will be available to taste test at IKEA’s design exhibition at Sydney’s Museum of Contemporary Art from August 27 to 29.

If punters get on board, they could even become a permanent menu item.
