Cheanies, chumpers, chikinis and chickenators… 11yo Max has Alan Jones in stitches
Cheanies, chumpers, chikinis and chickenators…
These are just some of the range of chicken clothes being snapped up all over Australia, all thanks to one very special 11-year-old.
Max Cosgrove is a young farmer, pioneer, entrepreneur and philanthropist making a name for himself right around the country.
Based in Mount Larcom, Queensland he established Max’s Chickens three years ago and has been expanding his empire ever since.
Max has been breeding and selling chickens for several years but is now clothing them as well.
He sews beanies, jumpers, bikinis and now, ahead of the Melbourne Cup, fascinators too.
$1 from every sale goes to the Breast Cancer Foundation, in honour of his mum who is battling breast cancer.
Alan Jones speaks with the impressive young man who tells Alan all about the up and coming chicken clothing industry.
