ABC journalist Laura Tingle has been pulled into line at the ABC.

The high profile presenter has been under fire all week  after she called Australia a racist country at the Sydney Writers’ Festival on the weekend.

Update: ABC Managing Director David Anderson has affirmed that Laura Tingle’s remarks about Australia being a racist country did not meet the ABC’s editorial standards.
