ADF knew of military affairs but failed to question former husband
Investigations into the second most powerful person in the military and a lower-ranked officer failed to interview the officer’s ex-husband.
Vice Chief of the Australian Defence Force Ray Griggs has been cleared of any wrong-doing after leaving his wife of 22 years and starting a relationship with a lower-ranked navy commander.
But it’s been revealed that two reviews and an inquiry into the affair failed to interview the female officer’s ex-husband.
