The Australian Federal Police have raided the Bureau of Meteorology as part of an investigation into a major cryptocurrency scam.

Two employees have reportedly been questioned for allegedly running an elaborate operation involving BoM’s high-powered computers to mine cryptocurrencies.

Ross Greenwood speaks with Dr Christopher Berg from RMIT’s Blockchain Innovation Hub.
