Alone Australia follows ten participants as they try to survive in the Tasmanian wilderness with limited resources and no human contact.

The last person standing will be rewarded $250,000.

Kate Grarock stands a good chance of winning as a wildlife biologist and former navy officer.

“I wanted to be a good role model for my daughter and show her that women belong outdoors,” Kate told Deborah.

The 11-part documentary series will premiere with a double episode on Wednesday 29 March at 7.30pm.
