Chief Executive Officer of the NRL Andrew Abdo says the South Sydney ticket code drama was “human error”.

Thousands of South Sydney supporters have missed out on premium tickets to Sunday’s NRL Final at Allianz Stadium.

Club members have access to the first allocation of tickets, but the Rabbitohs have been sent the wrong code.

The correct code was emailed to members 20-minutes later, however, the Roosters beat them to the punch.

“It was a human error.”
