Anthony Albanese has shared insight into the “somber” mood of England as they prepare for the Queen’s funeral.

The Prime Minister says it’s a momentous day in London, as he prepares to attend the funeral of the Queen, as one of 2-thousand guests.

Anthony Albanese extended his personal condolences in a private meeting with King Charles.

Mr Albanese told Chris O’Keefe he’s been amazed by the queues of people waiting to see the Queen lying in state.

“It’s a historic day.”
