‘Appalling service!’: Ben Fordham grills Qantas over lengthy delays

Qantas is promising to fix lengthy wait times that have left callers waiting several hours.
Some customers have been on hold for over six hours just to have their issues heard.
Qantas Chief Customer Officer Stephanie Tully told Ben Fordham they will fix the problem.
“We have more people working than we ever have and we’re going to keep doing that until we fix it.”
