‘Are you mad?’: Andy Donaldson to swim the Oceans Seven for mental health

The Oceans Seven is a collection of the toughest swims in the world, and Andy is taking it on to raise money for the Black Dog Institute.
Andy’s record time to beat is 64 hours and 35 minutes, which he will be pushing to do with 200 kilometers of swimming to conquer.
“Thankfully you are out there with a really good support group and a boat, so if anything were to happen you would just get hoisted out,” Andy told Chris.
Andy himself has struggled with depression, so raising money for this cause means a lot to him.
