The Attorney-General is urging wharfies to stop “damaging” strikes at Port Botany.
The union is seeking to replicate a deal struck with Hutchison Ports where up to 70 per cent of new hires will be sourced from employees’ families and friends.
Attorney-General Michaelia Cash told Ben Fordham bargaining in good faith is key.
“Bargain without the threat of damaging industrial action.”
