Article image for Aussie band Sheppard perform live in studio

Aussie band Sheppard broke onto the scene with their international hit Geronimo back in 2014 and have continued to develop into one of Australia’s biggest musical acts.

The three Sheppard siblings, George (lead singer), Amy (singer and keyboardist) and Emma (bass and vocals), along with guitarist Jay, joined long-time supporter Ray Hadley in the studio.

The band says it hasn’t all been smooth sailing since they launched to international fame, telling Ray they tried too hard to replicate Geronimo and suffered for it.

They’ve got their mojo back now though, releasing their brand new album Watching The Sky.

Sheppard performed an incredible live version of the lead single Coming Home.

Ray wouldn’t let the guys get away with just one performance, even offering for them to take over the rest of the show.

Sheppard obliged, performing their new single Hometown as well.
