Billy Slater has weighed in on his Queensland Maroons team selection ahead of the first Origin clash tomorrow night.

There will be four debuts on hand.

Jeremiah Nanai, Reuben Cotter, Selwyn Cobbo, and Patrick Carrigan will all get their first taste of Origin footy for Queensland.

Billy Slater told Mark Levy he is extremely pleased with his selection of players.

“I think they’re going to do Queensland proud.”
