Brad Fittler weighs in on rumored plans of him being Canterbury’s new coach
NSW Blues coach Brad Fittler said his wife told him “you won’t be doing it” when rumors circulated he might take the Bulldogs head coaching job.
Instead, Mick Potter will take over from Trent Barrett at the struggling Canterbury Bulldogs for the rest of the NRL season.
Potter is currently coaching Canterbury’s feeder club the Mounties in the NSW Cup, and now will fill the void for the bottom-of-the-table side after Barrett quit on Monday.
Brad told Mark Levy he is focused on his job with the Blues.
“I love what I’m doing.”
