Father of boy arrested on suspicion of unrelated offences
Police have arrested Christopher Wilson’s father on the suspicion of unrelated offences as part of inquiries into the disappearance of the 11-year-old.
The 11-year-old was found this morning after a full-scale search.
Christopher Wilson caught the bus home from his Annangrove primary school but didn’t make it inside.
He spent the night out in the cold, with Police, SES crews, and locals searching acreage properties along Annangrove Road.
While at the home, police located an alleged hydroponic setup inside a locked room.
A crime scene was established, and further inquiries are being conducted at the address.
Superintendent Darrin Batchelor told Jim Wilson an investigation is currently underway.
The father is yet to be charged with anything related to his son’s disappearance.
