Fiery car crash closes Sydney Harbour Bridge
There are major delays on the Sydney Harbour Bridge after it was closed in both directions due to a fiery car crash.
One of the three vehicles had flipped and caught fire.
Two of the drivers – a man and a woman – were treated at the scene by paramedics.
The man was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital and the woman to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
A third driver was trapped and freed – he’s in a serious but stable condition.
Nine Radio’s Tom is on the bridge and says the flames have been extinguished.
“There was a really loud bang … something’s exploded.”

Nine reporter Clinton Maynard told Ben Fordham the drivers have been freed from the wreckage.
“The van is on its roof … the fire is out … all the tires have burst.”
