Foster grandmother’s car seized in William Tyrrell investigation
The car of William Tyrrell’s deceased foster grandmother has been seized by police.
The Mazda hatchback was seized from a home in Gymea in the Sutherland Shire and will undergo extensive forensic examinations, expected to take weeks.
Ben Fordham has revealed the car used to belong to William’s foster grandmother.
The car was at her home in Kendall on the day the three-year-old disappeared in 2014.
Investigators continue to search the property for signs of his remains.
NSW Police are focusing on one person of interest in their investigations.
