Legendary radio presenter Doug Mulray has died at the age of 71.

He began his career in Armidale, but rose to fame through the ABC before joining Sydney’s Triple M in 1982.

Mulray was admitted to hospital in December. It’s believed he had been battling a chronic illness.

Doug’s mates Rob Duckworth and Peter Switzer have paid tribute to the radio legend.
