Ray Hadley has confirmed the NSW Premier did not speak to the Prime Minister before announcing changes to quarantine.

Dominic Perrottet has announced quarantine requirements will be scrapped from November 1 for those who are fully vaccinated.

Neither hotel quarantine nor home quarantine will be required for fully vaccinated visitors.

Only a pre-departure PCR test will be required.

A weekly cap of 210 people will remain on unvaccinated people entering Australia and they will still need to do hotel quarantine.

Sources close to the Prime Minister have told Ray Hadley that Scott Morrison was not consulted about the decision.
