Airlines and business groups are seeking more clarity on the new Covid testing rules for passengers arriving from China.

The Australian Airports Association wants clarity on whether passengers transiting through the countries will be caught by the restrictions.

Australian Chamber of Commerce chief executive Andrew McKellar told Joe Hildebrand there are still questions which need to be answered before the rules take effect on Thursday.
