Empire Bay Boat Shed is a major part of Australian history, particularly New South Wales, but is scarcely holding onto existence.

The shed got shut down due to fears over stability, but in the years since it was shut, it may look dilapidated, but it’s nothing a bit of “TLC” can’t fix, reckons Errol Baker of Empire Bay Heritage Boat Shed Association.

“She needs a little bit of love and tender care she does – but it’s not going to cost that much to fix her up”, he told Chris O’Keefe.
