‘Chaos’ – More than 100 climate protesters arrested in Newcastle

Climate activists blocked the country’s largest coal port in Newcastle, employing kayaks and canoes for a period exceeding 30 hours.
The protest, authorised by New South Wales Police, resulted in the arrest of 109 individuals who exceeded the authorized time for their demonstration.
