The Chemist Warehouse Director is calling for GST to be removed on rapid antigen tests.

The Prime Minister has said Australia will not follow the lead of the UK and make rapid tests free for the population.

Director Mario Tascone told Chris Smith they are experiencing unprecedented demand.

“The thought that the government is making 10 per cent off of million of rapid antigen tests … doesn’t sit right.

“They really need to be as affordable as possible.”
