Chris Smith is calling for Beijing to be stripped of hosting rights for the 2022 Winter Olympics amid another Chinese Communist Party disappearance.

The international community is calling on the Chinese government to confirm the safety of Peng Shuai, a professional tennis player who claimed a senior official coerced her into sex before going mysteriously silent.

The WTA is threatening to cancel its events in China if the missing player isn’t found.

Chris told Jim Wilson the statement claimed to be from Peng declaring she is ‘resting at home’ is “BS”.

Allowing the “cruel” regime to host the Olympics is “a disgrace”, he said.

“It’s more oppressive than it’s ever been, and it’s undeserving of world recognition.

“People need to stand up and say enough’s enough.

“The governments of the world … need to grow a set.”
