It’s been just over 6 months since the Optus hack, which saw up to 10 million Australians have their data leaked.

Law firm Slater and Gordon has today lodged a class action in the Federal Court on behalf of over a hundred thousand registered participants. 

The lawsuit claims Optus failed in its duty of care to protect users from harm.
