Ray Hadley is ‘celebrating’ the “unbelievable” success of Energy Minister Matt Kean, who today announced NSW households would save a whole $40 per year on electricity.

“76c a week,” Ray calculated.

“We’re getting the party horn out. Unbelievable. Hang on, let’s get the champagne.”

The media release touting the huge savings also assured residents the state government is “focusing on reliability” with their new Electricity Strategy.

Ray ‘congratulated’ the enthusiastic young minister, “Matt Kean, we salute you.”
