The Department of Corrective Services has moved to revoke the parole of dangerous ‘playboy rapist’ Simon Monteiro.
Monteiro, who has served 10 years of his 12-year year sentence for aggravated sexual assault, was granted parole in January.
A State Parole Authority spokesperson says Monterio would be released on strict conditions including mandatory drug and alcohol testing, psychological counselling and electronic monitoring.
On Monday, Corrective Services lodged submissions to revoke Monterio’s parole.
The matter is listed to be heard on Tuesday.
