Ticketek is admitting to struggling with a high volume of cancellations as COVID continues to impact the industry.

Ben Fordham Live has been contacted by listeners waiting months for refunds to performances.

Ticketek Entertainment Group CEO Geoff Jones told Ben COVID is leading to a huge amount of cancellations.

“COVID  is not over for companies like ours.

“Every concert that’s on at the moment, typically on the day between 50-150 people have covid or are a close contact and can’t go.”

However, Mr Jones has apologised and admitted they can do better.
