Embattled former Wagga MP Daryl Maguire is facing fresh charges just before the ICAC report into potential corruption is revealed.

Maguire has been charged with giving giving false and misleading evidence to the anti-corruption board.

The report is subject to much fanfare, with it due for release on Thursday after hundreds of days of deliberation and hearings.
