David Elliott calls out union after refusing to sign deed agreement
The Rail, Tram & Bus Union has just told the government they will not sign the deed of agreement, meaning the train strikes will continue.
The union disagrees over the end date to the document that promises to modify the inner city train fleet.
NSW Transport & Veterans Minister David Elliott told Jim Wilson he may use radical action to stop these tracks, warning that their behaviour is being watched.
“At the moment they need to be warned that the institution that’s monitoring them very carefully is the Fair Work Commission.”
