Deb slams Qantas over its bizarre defence of ghost flights and ticketing woes
Deb Knight has taken aim at Qantas following the airline’s strange defence given to the ACCC over its ghost flights.
Qantas id in terrible shape, and the wounds are beginning to show as consumer watchdogs and governments look into potentially shady schemes such as the “ghost flights”. Qantas has also argued consumers don’t buy a ticket for a specific flight, but rather the service of flying from point A to point B following issues with passengers getting heavily delayed.
“You’re not allowed to make changes as the passenger. So why then should it be okay for Qantas as the airline to make changes with no penalty?”, Deb argued on Afternoons, before also pointing out flaws in the airline’s ghost flights.
