Domino’s hit with class action over claims they underpaid workers
Domino’s pizza is facing a class action with thousands of workers claiming they were underpaid.
The workers allege they were underpaid for more than four years under an agreement that didn’t pay award entitlements.
They claim they were not paid casual loading, penalty rates or a laundry allowance.
Phi Finney McDonald Principal Lawyer Brett Spiegel tells Ross Greenwood the award should have applied.
“We believe that some workers may have been shortchanged by as much as over $10,000.”
