Donald Trump’s mugshot has been released after he surrendered at a jail in the US state of Georgia.

The former President looks straight down the barrel of the camera with a scowl on his face in what is already an iconic photo.

Trump is facing 13 charges of election interference in Georgia, but the 77-year-old maintains his innocence.
