Elderly abuse: Australia has a mass ageing crisis
Every day, 400 people turn 75 in Australia.
Today, the Turnbull government will detail a plan to address the physical and financial abuse of older Australians.
Attorney-General Christian Porter will this afternoon unveil further details about the plan, involving the Federal Government and the states and territories.
They’ll research just how common elder abuse is, and look at how to improve protections.
Alan Jones speaks with Attorney-General Porter.
