An anonymous Sydney train worker, who was on the ground during Thursday’s major disruption to key transportation lines, says he’s “embarrassed” with the way things are operating.

It comes after three major transportation lines were left at a standstill, with passengers told to find alternative routes after an area manager called in sick, according to reports.

“I’ve never been more embarrassed to work for Sydney Trains,” the anonymous caller said.
