Detective Inspector Jane Prior from the NSW Police Domestic and Family Violence Registry spoke about the team’s critical role in disrupting and preventing abuse across the state.

Formed in 2023, the registry provides operational, legal, and policy support to frontline officers and delivers specialist training. A major initiative is the Empower You app, which has over 24,000 downloads, allowing victims to safely document abuse and connect with local support services.
