The former girlfriend of Australian and Olympic boxer star Harry Garside has been charged following an alleged assault.

Ashley Ruscoe, 35, was charged on Wednesday night with domestic violence-related offences relating to the Australian boxing star, according to the Sydney Morning Herald.

Just last month, Garside, who was charged with common assault following domestic violence allegations earlier in the year, had his charges dropped.
