Exclusive: School projects at risk following contract termination, former senior bureaucrat referred to ICAC
Chris O’Keefe has revealed the Minns Government has terminated a three-year construction contract four months after signing it.
He also revealed the former chief executive officer of Schools Infrastructure NSW, Anthony Manning, has been referred to ICAC.
New South Wales shadow Education Minister, Sarah Mitchell says there are questions raised as to why the contract was cancelled.
“But also what’s the flow-on effect going to be,” she said.
