Ray Hadley has given an explainer on how the Indigenous Voice to Parliament would be structured if it passes a referendum.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese this morning joined Ben Fordham and was grilled on many questions that remain unanswered about the proposed body.

“Anthony Albanese kept referring to the report known as the Langton Calma Report,” Ray said. “Now, I don’t know that all of you have time to go through the 272-page report.

“Let me take you through some of the details, because I have been reading it in the last couple of days since I came back, and put it in context.”

Former Liberal candidate Warren Mundine is questioning how Mr Albanese can refer to the Langton Calma Report when nothing has been endorsed yet.

Mr Mundine told Ray Hadley, “Have you endorsed anything out of the report? No. Is that the government’s policy? No. So they haven’t actually told us what exactly is going on.”

“I’m just flabbergasted that they haven’t spoken to the Slicitor-General and the Attorney-General on this!”
