The AFL are fighting to dish out an even harsher penalty on the GWS Giants’ Toby Greene over his shoulder clash with an umpire.

Hawthorn legend and Brownlow medalist Shane Crawford told Mark Levy the incident was a “terrible look” for the star, whose tunnel vision was likely to blame for the blunder.

“I absolutely love Toby as a player … you never know what you’re going to get.

“He’s quite an extreme talent really, with what he can do.

“But the players … have got to understand you cannot do that – you can’t even argue with an umpire.”
