Former NRL player hosts long lunch to fight MND
The Carl Webb Foundation is holding its annual long lunch to raise funds for discovering a cure for Motor Neurone Disease.
The event is being held today at Howard Smith Wharves in Brisbane with famous NRL guests like Johnathan Thurston and Darren Lockyer in attendance.
Former NRL player Carl Webb was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in 2020.
He told Ray Hadley he has also decided to donate his brain to the Queensland Brain Institute.
